What do you need from me?
Your App Store link (or TestFlight details if you haven’t launched yet), a short screen recording of the app, your icon and any brand notes you have. The brief form walks you through it in a few minutes. Everything happens by email, with no calls needed.
What if I don’t like it?
You start with two concepts, plus a third free with the founding offer, so you have a real choice. Pick the one you like most and we refine it over two revision rounds. If it still misses what we agreed in your brief after that, our refund policy explains what happens next.
Can you use real footage of my app?
Yes, and we prefer it. Your creatives are built from your actual app, using the recordings and screenshots you send, and we never show a feature your app doesn’t have. The apps on this site are fictional concepts, made so we can show our work without using anyone else’s app.
Who owns the files?
You do. Once your order is paid, the final files are yours to use for your app anywhere: the App Store, your website, ads and social media. We only show your work if you say yes. It’s an optional opt-in on the brief form and never affects your price. The details are in our terms.
How fast is it?
You get your first concepts within 48 hours of all your materials arriving. The clock starts once we’ve checked that everything is usable, and if something is missing we tell you straight away.
How does the founding price work?
The first five customers get First Frame for $149 instead of $199. You get the same work and the same deliverables, plus one extra design concept free. Nothing else is asked of you in return.
On the brief form you can opt in to letting us show your before and after and asking you for a short testimonial. It’s optional and doesn’t affect your price. If you opt in, the testimonial is your genuine opinion, in your own words. We won’t write it for you, and we’ll only shorten it with your OK.
Will this get me more downloads?
We can’t promise that, and we’d be wary of anyone who does. What we deliver is a professional App Store presentation for your app. How that affects installs depends on your app, your category and your audience.
