Revision policy

Two rounds included, and technical fixes when Apple asks for them.

What’s included

Every order includes two revision rounds, a spec-check report and Apple-related technical corrections. If Apple rejects our work, we redo it free.

What a revision round is

One consolidated list of changes, sent in a single email. We apply everything on the list and send the updated files back. Collecting your notes into one message keeps things fast for both of us.

What revisions cover

  • Copy and headline changes
  • Layout, typography, colour and emphasis
  • Which screens or moments are featured
  • Combining elements from different concepts

When the scope changes completely

Revisions refine the work we’ve agreed on. They don’t cover a completely different project — for example a different app, a brand-new creative direction after both concepts have been reviewed, or additional deliverables. If that happens, we’ll tell you before doing any work and quote it separately.

Apple-related technical corrections

If App Store Connect or App Review raises a technical issue with files we made — dimensions, safe areas, file format, frame rate, duration, transparency and similar — we correct it at no charge, and it doesn’t use up a revision round.

This doesn’t cover content we added at your specific request after we advised against it in writing, or content you supplied (for example a claim or image we couldn’t verify). TODO: confirm exclusion wording

Timing

Please send revision requests within 14 days of delivery; after that, the order is treated as complete. TODO: confirm 14-day window
