The brief
Ridgeline is a hiking app with offline maps. The header needed to feel outdoorsy and trustworthy at the same time.
Approach
- A topo contour field drawn from the app’s map style, so the header and the app match.
- The orange route line is the only strong colour, guiding the eye from the icon to the phones.
- Real map and route screens, cropped so the trail stays readable at header size.
