The brief

Fieldnote is a habits app and journal in one. The screenshots needed to feel as unhurried as writing a few lines at night.

Approach

  • Warm paper backgrounds and sage accents straight from the app, so the set feels gentle rather than busy.
  • One idea per screenshot, each with a short headline above an upright device.
  • Ordered as a day, an entry and a month, so the set tells a story when people swipe.
